HOTEL DESCRIPTION
MANNA is a mountain retreat hidden in the fir forest of Mount Mainalo in Arcadia, in the heart of the Peloponnese. It’s set inside a restored 1920s sanatorium building, and the setting feels wonderfully remote, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and quiet. This is the kind of place that immediately slows you down, where the main plan is simply being in nature. The experience here is built around wellness and gentle adventure. There’s a full spa area with a sauna, hammam and a cave-style indoor pool, plus a gym and yoga sessions either outdoors or inside by the fireplace when it’s cooler. In winter, you’re close to the Mainalo ski area, and in warmer months it’s all about forest walks, nearby villages, and long, unhurried meals back at the hotel.
