We do not own or operate the hotels listed on our platform. When you make a booking through A Good Stay, you are booking directly with the hotel.
2. Role of A Good Stay
- We act as a discovery and booking platform, not as the hotel or travel provider. 
- Your booking is made directly with the hotel. The hotel is responsible for confirming, managing, and providing your stay, including customer support, cancellations, and any special requests. 
3. Booking Process
- After you make a booking request, the hotel has up to 48 hours to accept or decline it. 
- Your payment method will not be charged until the hotel confirms your booking. 
- Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation details. 
- If the hotel declines your booking, no charges will be made and you will be informed directly. 
- By booking through A Good Stay, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the hotel you reserve. 
4. Payments
- For direct bookings, payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect. The hotel receives the payment, and A Good Stay retains a commission. 
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation policies vary by hotel. You will see the applicable cancellation terms before completing your booking. 
- All cancellations, changes, or special requests must be handled directly with the hotel. 
6. Liability
- A Good Stay is not responsible for the quality of the accommodation, the accuracy of hotel information, or your experience during the stay. 
- Any disputes, complaints, or refund requests should be directed to the hotel. 
- We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our platform but cannot guarantee that details such as availability, pricing, or descriptions are always up to date. 
7. Newsletter & Content
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive hotel features and promotional content from A Good Stay. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
8. Use of the Website
- You may only use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
