Villa Dubrovnik lets you have two versions of the city at once. The Old Town is close enough to walk to, but back at the hotel you are swimming straight from the rocks, looking across open Adriatic water and wondering why you would leave again.
Hotel description
Built into the cliffs above the Adriatic, Villa Dubrovnik feels like a seaside retreat despite sitting just outside Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The recently redesigned interiors bring together Croatian stone, warm wood, local design and Gio Ponti pieces, while terraces, pine trees and huge windows keep the sea and Lokrum constantly in sight. The best days revolve around the water: swim directly from the hotel’s rocky shoreline, retreat to the spa and heated indoor pool, then head upstairs for a sunset cocktail at Galanto. Pjerin and Giardino mean you can stay put for dinner, but the Old Town is close enough to reach on foot when you want the city.
