HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Holm Somerset, located in South Petherton, is a restaurant-first boutique with seven beautifully styled rooms above. The building is a converted former bank, and the interiors mix mid-century character with modern calm, soft tones, exposed brick, bespoke pieces and local artwork all contribute to an elegant yet welcoming feel. Three of the rooms feature freestanding baths, and each is named after a British tree, adding a touch of nature to the details. Guests here stay on a bed & breakfast basis, enjoying a seasonal, ingredient-led menu in the ground-floor restaurant. Because food is central to Holm’s identity, many visitors come specifically for the dining experience, then head upstairs to one of the guestrooms. Its modest size and warm service create an intimate, personal stay in the heart of the Somerset countryside.
Between Dorset and Somerset, a design-led hideaway where food is front and centre, and sleep feels sacred.
