La Torre carries traces of the site's Arab and Christian past, El Corsario occupies a historic building the hotel dates to the 10th century, and Casa Puget is a former 16th-century Jesuit convent. Lázaro Rosa-Violán's interiors bring contemporary Mediterranean design into the old stone architecture without hiding its irregularities. The reward for climbing this high is the sense of being removed from Ibiza Town while still having the port and old-town restaurants below you. Days can revolve around the outdoor pool and olive garden, followed by treatments outside and dinner above the harbour.
