Why we picked this hotel
Most hotels give their best space to the lobby. Jonojé gives it to you. Every suite measures around 75 m², with a proper lounge, dining area and enough breathing room to make returning after a day in Bruges feel like part of the pleasure.
Hotel description
Jonojé sits slightly outside Bruges’ busiest historic streets, inside a former brush factory transformed by Belgian design studio LOHO. Clay, timber, organic plaster and handcrafted furniture give the building a tactile, gallery-like quality, while the large garden and generous suites create a rare sense of space and stillness this close to the city. This is not a conventional hotel with a busy lobby or full-service restaurant. Guests arrive independently, settle into suites of around 75 square metres and explore Bruges by bike or on foot before returning to breakfast in the room and quiet time in the garden. It suits travellers who value privacy, architecture and beautiful objects as much as being directly in the centre.

Six extraordinary design suites
Each 75 m² suite has its own personality, with handcrafted interiors, natural materials and a layout that feels more like a private apartment than a traditional hotel room.
A peaceful retreat just outside the centre
Located in Bruges' Sint-Pieters district, Jonojé offers a quiet setting while remaining within easy cycling distance or a short drive of the historic centre.
Thoughtful design from floor to ceiling
Created by Studio LOHO, every suite features bespoke furniture, handcrafted finishes and warm natural materials that make each space feel completely unique.
Slow mornings, done properly
A carefully prepared breakfast is delivered to your suite, with fresh sourdough, homemade jam, chia pudding, Belgian chocolate spread and local ingredients.
Everything you need to settle in
Every suite includes a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, coffee machine and workspace, making longer stays just as comfortable as weekend escapes.
Our take on the stay
You come to Bruges expecting medieval streets and canals. You may not expect one of the most interesting rooms of the trip to be waiting back at the hotel.

About the destination
Bruges
Bruges feels like a city preserved in time, where winding canals, cobbled streets, and medieval buildings create one of Europe’s most atmospheric historic centres. Beyond the famous squares, quieter lanes reveal independent chocolatiers, local cafés, and hidden courtyards that reward wandering without a plan. Jonojé Luxury Suites is set within this historic setting, placing you within easy walking distance of Bruges’ canals and the everyday charm that defines the city.
