HOTEL DESCRIPTION
LIOZ Lisboa is a design-led aparthotel in Lisbon’s historic centre, set right by the river at Campo das Cebolas on the edge of Alfama. It has a calm, polished feel, more like a private home with hotel-level care than a traditional hotel. The property is small and quiet, with 12 apartments in total, all filled with Lisbon light and finished in a clean, modern style that suits the neighbourhood. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, making it ideal if you like having a bit more space and independence while still enjoying hotel services like daily housekeeping and concierge support. There’s also a lift, which is a big plus in this part of Lisbon. Breakfast is available in the mornings, and the location is a standout: you can reach many of Lisbon’s most iconic historic sights on foot within minutes.
What makes LIOZ stand out is the combination of scale and setting. In the heart of the historic centre, yet you’ve got 60–160 m² to spread out, cook, reset, and actually live between long days of walking.

Alfama, Lisbon
Alfama is Lisbon’s oldest and most atmospheric neighbourhood, full of narrow lanes, tiled façades, and hidden viewpoints over the Tagus River. It’s a place where laundry hangs from balconies, fado music drifts through the streets, and everyday life unfolds at an unhurried pace. Wandering here feels timeless, with small cafés, local taverns, and quiet corners around every turn. Alfama captures the soul of Lisbon in its most authentic form.
